You can connect Sandcastles to AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude. When you do:

  • You sign in to your Sandcastles account and authorize the connection, which lets the assistant access your Sandcastles account on your behalf.
  • We receive only the requests the assistant sends to Sandcastles, such as a search, a channel name, or a video link, and we send the results back to the assistant.
  • We do not receive or store your conversation history with the assistant.
  • We log these requests and a summary of their results to provide the Service, keep it secure, and troubleshoot problems.
  • Your use of the assistant itself is governed by its provider's own terms and privacy policy.
  • You can disconnect Sandcastles at any time from the assistant's settings.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the Service.   • Marketing emails: you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
  • Cookies: you can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Children's Privacy
