Who is Sandcastles for?

Sandcastles is built for anyone looking to grow faster on social media. Whether you’re just starting out or scaling up, we take the guesswork out of content creation and give you proven viral frameworks that work.

Do I have to connect my social media accounts?

Nope, it’s totally optional. You’ll still get plenty of value without connecting them, but syncing your accounts will help us tailor your insights even better.

How much does Sandcastles cost?

Plans start at $39/month when billed annually on the Pro plan. For a full breakdown, check out our pricing page.

How does the credit system work?

Each plan includes a certain number of credits per month. You can spend credits on 5 actions:

1. Adding channels

2. Extracting transcripts

3. Building your vault

4. Generating hooks

5. Writing scripts

If you run out of credits, you can unlock more usage with our Credit Boosts. Boosts never expire, and are only used after your monthly credits are exhausted. They're a great way to do more without upgrading your plan.

What can I do with 1,500 credits?

Our tiers are intended to be very generous. A Visionary user with 1,500 credits could do all of the following every single month:

Submit 125 new channels for tracking
Extract 50 transcripts
Save 250 winning elements to their Vault
Generate 500 hooks
Write 75 scripts

The credit model is meant to give you maximum flexibility. If you wanted to write more scripts and add fewer channels, you could do that. Or vice versa.

What are the usage limitations on my plan?

You can take as many actions within the platform as you'd like, as long as you have credits remaining. You can use your credits to write scripts, research new channels, or a combo of both. However you want to spend your credits, it's completely up to you. They're designed to give you maximum flexibility and generous usage quotas.

How many creators can I track?

As many as you want. Our database is always growing - with tens of thousands of creators and tens of millions of videos - but even if we don't have a creator you want to analyze, you can drop in their handle and we'll add them in ~30-60 minutes.

Can I switch between plans?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime by heading to Settings and opening the billing portal.

What’s your refund policy?

We give all new users a 7-day free trial where they can explore the full functionality of Sandcastles. As such, we unfortunately do not offer refunds on our subscription plans.

Can I pause my subscription temporarily?

At this time, we don't offer the ability to pause your subscription. If you need to take a break, you can cancel your plan and easily re-subscribe when you're ready.

How do I create an account?

To get started, simply click the "Try it free" button below and sign up with your email or Google/Apple account, as simple as that.

How do I reset my password?

Can't log in? Just click "Forgot password" on the login screen and follow the steps reset it.

Can I change the email address on my account?

This feature isn't available yet.

How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?

While we don't currently support two-factor authentication (2FA), you can use passkeys to add an extra layer of security to your account.
